7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Worship Night at Grace Baptist Church The band "The Stand" from Ashburn Baptist Church has been invited by Grace to lead a praise and worship night. This is a FREE event. The concert will start at 7 p.m. All are invited to attend. Don't miss the opportunity to attend this exciting night of music and fellowship. Each Saturday a different topic will be discussed from mammals to Native Americans to the environment. A spring hike is scheduled also! All programs are free of charge and start at 1pm. Visit www.starvedrockv@ivnet.com for more details or call 815-667-5356. 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Reddick Mansion Tour Repeats weekly until 05/29/10 The Reddick Mansion offers tours each Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. The mansion stands facing historic Washington Square and was built in 1858 for the then-costly sum of $25,000. Mr. Reddick served as a state senator. Mr. Stephen A. Douglas was one of the many politicians entertained at the Reddicks' home. This mansion has been restored to its original splendor and is open to the community. Tours may also be made by request. Call the Reddick Mansion Association at 815-433-6100. The mansion is located at 100 W. Lafayette. All Day Event Ottawa Elementary?s Preschool Screenings Repeats daily until 05/22/10 Ottawa Elementary?s Preschool Program is conducting placement screenings for their program, now through the school year.
